A perfect half-day adventure combining ethical elephant care and an exciting white water rafting experience in Chiang Mai.
Begin your journey with a scenic 1.5-hour drive from Chiang Mai to a Bamboo elephant care camp, where you’ll change into traditional Karen clothing and learn about the lives of Asian elephants. Spend meaningful time feeding, playing with, and bathing the elephants, while also learning about their herbal dietary care.
After bonding with the gentle giants, head out on a thrilling 6 km white water rafting ride (approx. 50 minutes) before returning to your hotel in the afternoon.

After arriving at the Bamboo elephant family care and change into traditional Karen clothing
Meet the elephants, feed and playing with the elephants by hand and being with them closely
Learn about traditional organic herbal dietary supplements for the elephants
Bathe & brush your elephant in the river
Taking white water rafting. (takes 50 minutes with 6 kilometres)
